1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and CR999 ("CR999", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the CR999 website located at https://cr999.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

3.4 Self-Exclusion Status

You confirm that you are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on the Platform or with any responsible gambling service in your jurisdiction. Attempting to register while subject to a self-exclusion order is a material breach of these Terms.

4Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details. 4.3 Account Security

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

You may be requested to submit documents including, but not limited to, a government-issued photo identification, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure.

5Terms of Use

By using the Platform, you agree to the following conduct requirements and prohibitions:

5.1 Permitted Use

6Deposits & Payments

6.1 Payment Method Availability

6.2 Deposit Currency

Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Actual transaction processing, currency conversion rates and associated fees are determined by the Operator and the payment provider. 7.4 Right to Withhold

CR999 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, AML concerns, or breach of these Terms. Any funds found to have been obtained in breach of these Terms may be voided and forfeited.

8Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers and promotional incentives offered through CR999 are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by both these general Terms and the specific terms applicable to that promotion.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

8.3 Bonus Abuse

9Betting & Gaming Rules

12Limitation of Liability

CR999 provides all Platform content on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. CR999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.

13Privacy & Data

14Account Termination

14.1 Termination by You

You may close your account at any time by contacting CR999 support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed subject to completion of KYC and satisfaction of all applicable terms. Bonuses forfeited upon account closure are not refundable.

14.2 Termination by CR999

CR999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, where:

• Fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity is detected or reasonably suspected
• You fail to satisfy KYC or AML requirements

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law and dispute resolution shall survive termination of this Agreement.

15Amendments to These Terms

CR999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their account or by prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account.

16Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting CR999 support. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, disputes shall be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism as specified by the Operator's regulatory authority.
